1. Who these terms are with

This website is operated by PMD, at Saint-Isidore, QC, Canada. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. Nothing here is for sale

Tictic is in development. No product on this site is available for purchase, there is no checkout, and we do not accept payment of any kind. Joining the waiting list is free.

3. The waiting list is not an order

Joining the waiting list does not create a contract, reserve a pair, guarantee availability, guarantee a price, or entitle you to a discount or to priority. It is a request to be told when there is news. You can leave at any time.

4. What we show you may change

The images, videos and descriptions on this site show a product still being designed. Colours, materials, proportions, sizing, pricing and the release date are all subject to change, and some are not yet decided at all. Anything marked “to be confirmed” is exactly that. We may change or withdraw the project entirely.

5. Using the site

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit other people’s email addresses, or use automated tools to submit the form. We may remove entries that appear to be automated or fraudulent.

6. Our content

The Tictic name, the designs shown, and the text, images and video on this site belong to us. Please do not reproduce them commercially without permission. Sharing a link is always welcome.

7. Liability

We provide this site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the project develops. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date shown at the top.
